William Holloway serves as a Partner and Chief Operating Officer for AIC Holdings. William is a licensed attorney and Certified Public Accountant. Prior to AIC, William was Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel at Satori Capital. Before joining Satori Capital, William was Managing Partner and General Counsel for over 15 years at Q Investments. William began his career as an Attorney at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP in Dallas. William holds a Bachelor of Science in Management, Accounting from Tulane University, a Juris Doctor from Southern Methodist University, and a LL.M, Tax from New York University School of Law.

Cody Baker serves as a Partner for AIC Holdings where he oversees all aspects of AIC’s commercial real estate platform, ranging from acquisitions and dispositions to leasing, development, financing, fund activities, and strategic direction. Prior to joining AIC, Cody held various roles within the commercial real estate industry including structured finance, development and finance consulting, underwriting and acquisitions, and commercial brokerage. Cody holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Rawls College of Business at Texas Tech University.

Michael Nguyen serves as the Director of Private Equity for AIC Holdings where he is responsible for identifying and evaluating private investment opportunities, transaction execution, and portfolio management. Prior to joining AIC, Michael was a Principal at CR3 Capital, a middle market private investment firm, focused on industrial and business services sectors. Previously, Michael was an Associate at Houlihan Lokey, where he was a member of the Industrials Group. Additionally, Michael worked for the Mergers & Acquisitions Group at Houlihan Lokey as a Financial Analyst. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Management Science and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Southern Methodist University.

Jasmine Taylor serves as Director of Accounting and Chief Financial Officer for AIC Holdings. Prior to joining AIC, Jasmine worked in public accounting as a Manager in KPMG LLP’s audit practice where she served various asset management and real estate clients. Jasmine holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Master of Professional Accountancy from Angelo State University. Jasmine is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Texas.

Daniel Shanklin serves as Director of AI & Technology for AIC Holdings, leading the development of AI systems, data infrastructure, and technology strategy for investment research and portfolio management. A patented AI engineer and researcher, Daniel has over 20 years of experience designing software systems and building frontier AI solutions across finance, healthcare, manufacturing, and nonprofit sectors. Prior to joining AIC, Daniel was CEO of Rhea AI, an AI technology company, and a trader at Q Investments. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Texas State University and postgraduate credentials in Machine Learning and AI from MIT and The University of Texas at Austin.

Clayton Huddleston serves as Associate Director of Real Estate for AIC Holdings where he oversees the full real estate investment lifecycle, including acquisitions, financing, development, asset management, and dispositions. Prior to joining AIC, Clayton managed over 5.5 million square feet of office and industrial assets for Stream Realty Partners and helped direct the daily operations of two super-regional shopping centers for GGP. Earlier in his career, Clayton had the privilege of serving at-risk youth in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex for two years as a high school social studies teacher. Clayton holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and History from Texas A&M University and a Master of Education from The University of Texas at Arlington.

Luke Huntley serves as a Senior AI Engineer for AIC Holdings, where his responsibilities include architecting internal data platforms, integrating financial data sources, and developing AI systems that support portfolio analytics and risk management. Prior to joining AIC, Luke worked in technology and startup environments focused on applied AI and data infrastructure. Luke holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Appalachian State University.

Slate DeMuth serves as Investment Associate for AIC Holdings where his responsibilities include assisting with the public equities portfolio as well as conducting analysis and due diligence for private investments. Before joining AIC, Slate worked in equity research with KeyBanc Capital Markets. Prior to KeyBanc, Slate began his career in the Corporate Banking Group at Wells Fargo covering energy companies. Slate holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Neeley School of Business at Texas Christian University.

Aubrey Zastoupil serves as Senior Accountant for AIC Holdings. Prior to joining AIC, Aubrey worked as a Senior Analyst at Bank of New York Mellon where she performed daily reconciliations for CLO portfolios and was responsible for monthly investor reporting on multiple deals. Previously, Aubrey was a Fund Accountant for Oak Hill Advisors in the CLO investment space. Aubrey holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Texas Wesleyan University.
